The Holy Qur’an is the comprehensive column and book revealed by Allah to His Messenger The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and gradually the descent of the Holy Quran has been completed in twenty-three years.

The Holy Quran has a total of 30 verses, 114 surahs, 7 verses (Manzal) , 540 bows (Roku) , 14 Prostration verses, 14 syllables (Moqtat Horuf) , and the number of verses are about 6000,

The Holy Quran has many statuses for example:

The status of a guide, the status of a miracle, a reminder, and the status of making mankind fear from Allah, the status of medicine, the status of God’s light, the status of the law, the challenge and

The Competition status and etc. . . .

Out of the six thousand verses of the Holy Quran, five hundred (500) verses are injunctions.

These verses have the status of law for the Islamic community. These verses talk about the verdict of Allah, It has been said that about five thousand (5000) prophetic hadiths have been imported in their interpretation and description, that is, in every article of the verses of rules of Holy Quran, the Description has been done in ten (10) hadiths.

And then from these two sources, Mujtahids and Islamic scholars have extracted thousands of other Verdicts of Law.

For example: Only Imam Abu Hanifa, may God have mercy on him, from a saying of Hanafi jurisprudence According to one speech approximately (83000) and according to another word (140000) issues have been raised.

All the rules and laws of the Holy Quran have been summarized in two ways:

1 – All the rules on which the holy religion of Islam is based, such as Beliefs and Worship.

2 – Those rules and laws that are part of the order and discipline of the nation, the family

Building, building an individual, building a government, economy, household, marriage and

divorce, business, industry, Jihad and so on. These things, Penalties, personal circumstances, laws and regulations and so on.

Privileges of the Quran’s legal status:

The Quran a law and Shariah has many privileges over other human laws, we have listed here some of them below in proportion to the brevity of the subject we will discuss a few of them as below:

The first privilege is that all other laws and regulations are made by Mankind and this Law has been made by Allah.  As each of the Mankind Law are specified for a single nation and community and it is made upon the requirements of that specific area. On this basis, this kind of law is not acceptable for the other community, and sometimes it can be really dangerous for them, but the Qur’an is for the whole community of all mankind no one can see any risk or danger in this law everyone’s rights are reserved in this kind of laws.

As these laws become obsolete over time and fall out of application in the same community, But all the rules and laws of the Holy Qur’an, including other subjects, are permanent and never gets old and there will be no such an era in which these laws are inapplicable.

The aspect of punishment in the Mankind Made laws are only one of the punishments which have a worldly aspect and that’s all, but every aspect of the rules of the Holy Quran is divine and final and it the punishment will be as well here in this life and as well after death.

The other privilege of these laws are that it teaches to its’s followers the best ethics and order them to gain the best ethics ( Mohammadi Ethics).

And It is clear that anyone who has developed good morals in himself will rarely commit crimes, therefore Islam supports a community without crimes and order its followers to maintain a community that has no violence and full of peace and respect.
